Harpist, composer and inventor of music which bursts through barriers of time and borders, Kirjuhel is classified today amongst Contemporary Fusion Music's most significant exponents. His soundpulsed harp is breathtakingly intense. Outsoaring its limits into three-dimensional improvisations, transcending its echoes into multiple resonance through amazing techniques he alone has perfected, Kirjuhel creates with his harp a new soloinstrument, urban, carnal and rhythmically tubular.

Inspired by Blues, Flamenco, Balkan and Indian music, Kirjuhel's improvisations reveal the echoes of world music while exerting the creative process in an utterly futuristic way. After finishing his highly acclaimed tour in 50 cities of France (2001-2003), Kirjuhel, together with Khalid Kouhen (percussions), Marc Depasse (sound links) and Fabrice Feret (light creation), has created an entirely new performance, presented for the first time in Rennes on May 6th 2004.
